Reserving a Room in the Berry Center

To set recurring meetings in the conference rooms or reserve the Berry Center Atrium/Lobby, contact biodiversity@uwyo.edu. To reserve the Berry Center Auditorium, contact Central Scheduling.
The Berry Center has two conference rooms available for reservation. Conference Rooms 227 and 327 each have a whiteboard, projector, OWL, and seat 16 people.
To request a room:
1. Navigate to the 25Live webpage: https://25live.collegenet.com/uwyo/
2. Select "Sign In" in the upper right-hand corner of the page and enter the following username and password.
Username: uwbc
Password: Berry_Center
3. Click on ’25 Live’ on the menu bar in the top right corner.
4. Once signed in, navigate to the site dashboard by selecting "25Live Pro."
5. Click “see when these locations are available” to simultaneously view the availability of both conference rooms. Then, selecting “Availability Weekly” lets you quickly scan to see what days and times the rooms are available.
6. Select the date and time you would like to request. You will be taken to the event request form.
7. Fill out the event request form. At the bottom of the form, select the dropdown arrow under “Requestor” and use the “Search contacts” box to search for your email. If your email does not appear, you will need to click on “Create New Contact” to add your email to the 25Live system; once added, you will need to search for and select it as the Requestor.
8. Make sure that your name and email appear under the requestor; once all information is correctly inputted on the form, submit your request by selecting “Save” in the lower right-hand corner.
9. You will receive email confirmation that your request has been submitted. You will receive another email confirmation once your request has been confirmed. To check on the status of your request, click the link in your confirmation email and sign in using the credentials in step 2. Please allow a few business days for your event to be officially confirmed.
